As a conversation partner, you play a crucial role in facilitating language practice for refugees through regular meetings in the comfort of their homes or within the community, fostering a supportive environment for effective language development.
Volunteers will be paired with a client and together they will coordinate a weekly time and location for one-on-one meetings to practice English.
Minimum six-month commitment and must be 19 years and older to volunteer.

As a Community Event Booth Volunteer, you’ll be at the heart of exciting community engagement events and celebrations, bringing CIRA’s mission to life!
