At CIRA, we are fortunate to work with inspiring businesses across industries to employ our clients efficiently while keeping in mind the extraordinary journey they are on. Our Employment team works with clients one-on-one to search for opportunities that fit their skill set, practice interview questions, and help with transportation to and from their interviews.
This summer, we hosted some of our key employment partners at our office to celebrate our collaboration, which makes a difference in the lives of Omaha’s refugees by supporting their self-sufficient goals. Employers across the metro learned about the benefits of a diverse workforce, the support available to integrate new team members effectively, and how they have made a difference in the lives of our newest neighbors.
We awarded Refugee Employer of the Year to Quality Pork International for their easy hiring process and support of hiring refugees. Our Most Engaged New Employer award was a tie between QLI and Dial Senior Living.
This year, our agency will help employ over 800 refugees in our community. We could not do this work without our refugee employment partners.
